Define the Next Steps
Depending on your project, this may include a site meeting, reviewing your plans, or bringing in Stable Group for design, feasibility or consent work. Stable Group is a separate business we work closely with under the same ownership, so the handover between planning and building is already well worked out.
A Clear Way Forward
If your plans are ready, the next step is a detailed quote. If they’re not, we’ll tell you what needs to happen first. From there, the pathway is contract, construction programme and on site.

Yes. We'll come to your property, look at what you're working with and talk honestly about what's possible — with no obligation to go further.
Do I need to have plans before contacting you?
No. Whether you're still exploring ideas or already have detailed plans, we're happy to discuss your project and help you understand the next steps.
Is my project too small for you?
Not at all. We take on everything from a single bathroom through to full new builds. If your project isn't the right fit for us, we'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
How much will my project cost?
Every project is different, so we won't quote a figure before we understand yours. Our renovation cost guide explains what actually drives the numbers, and we'll give you a detailed quote once we've seen the property.

How early should I get in touch?
