An enquiry, readiness result, email, phone call, consultation or other preliminary discussion does not oblige you or Neda Builda to proceed and does not create a building contract. Project discussions remain preliminary until the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement. That agreement will govern the agreed scope, responsibilities, price, timing and other project terms.
7. Quotes, estimates and pricing
Any website price, promotional offer, indicative range, estimate or early cost discussion is subject to the stated conditions and to proper review of the project scope, plans, specifications, site, access, approvals, selections, exclusions and other relevant information. A price is not a binding quote unless Neda Builda clearly issues it as one in writing, and it remains subject to the terms and validity period stated with that quote.
