Residential projects move through several broad stages. The details vary, but understanding the shape of the journey makes it easier to recognise which information is useful next.
Brad will learn what you are planning, what stage you are at and what you want the finished result to be.
We visit the property before quoting so access, ground conditions and the existing structure can be understood alongside any plans.
If design or feasibility work is still needed, Stable Group prepares the drawings and develops the required documentation.
Stable Group handles consent documentation where consent is required. Smaller projects may follow a faster pathway without this stage.
When the plans are ready, Neda Builda provides a detailed quote, followed by the contract and construction programme.
Construction proceeds with progress payments tied to completed stages. Handover includes the finished home, Code Compliance Certificate, warranties and guarantee.

PLANNING QUESTIONS
Clear early answers can reduce uncertainty and help you decide what information is worth gathering before the next conversation.
An early conversation can help identify missing information and useful next steps. The most useful timing depends on the type of project, how far the design has progressed and which decisions have already been made.
Not always. Completed plans are not required for an initial conversation, although clearer information about the property, desired outcome and current design stage generally enables more useful guidance.
Begin with the property location, broad project type, desired outcome, any current plans or concepts, likely timing, known site issues and who will be involved in making decisions.
The Project Readiness Assessment helps you understand how prepared the project currently appears across six planning areas. The Homeowner Planning Consultation gathers more detailed project information in a structured format for a clearer starting point.
Yes. If your project needs design, feasibility or consent work, Stable Group prepares the drawings and handles the consent documentation. Once consent is granted, Neda Builda builds. This is usually discussed at or just after the site visit.
You’ll hear from Brad, our Client & Project Manager. He’ll ask what you’re planning, what stage you’re at and what you want the finished result to be, then arrange a free site meeting. If your plans are ready, the next step is a detailed quote. If they’re not, we’ll explain what needs to happen first.
YOUR NEXT STEP
You do not need to solve the entire project before beginning a conversation. Share what you know so far and the Neda Builda team can help identify a sensible next step.
